ABC is proud to be a sponsor of AAUW-Mariposa’s Dinner with a Scientist at UC Merced. This annual Fall event provides an opportunity for all MCHS female students to go to UC Merced and meet in small groups with women scientists working in the community. The scientists talk to students about the educational path they took to get where they are, what their job is like, and they answer student questions. It’s a great way to introduce young women to a variety of STEM careers based on their interests.
